Dear Grade 11 and 12 Parents/Guardians,
The Gradfest Committee will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Thursday, October 1st.
This meeting marks the beginning of planning for the 2027 Gradfest and Prom celebrations. We welcome all Grade 11 and 12 parents/guardians who are interested in helping make these events safe, memorable, and successful for our graduating students.
The committee will discuss upcoming plans, volunteer opportunities, fundraising ideas, and committee roles. Grade 11 families are especially encouraged to attend, as early involvement helps ensure a strong committee is in place for next year’s graduating class.
