NPSS’ Ally Peever Recognized

Npss student, Ally Peever, is a Senior Alternate student here at NPSS who has become a champion for social justice! Taking the lead in many social change initiatives, Ally was the driving force behind our 2018 Christmas campaign, numerous community building events in and around campus, as well as connecting with Seniors right here in Fort St. John!

Ally is a strong advocate for others in the foster care system. Ally is a member of the Youth Advisory Council whose mandate is to inform, discuss and provide recommendations to the government programs and ministries dealing with child welfare. She is a member of the Steering Committee meeting for the Federation of BC Youth in Care. She attends meetings and conferences regularly and works continually to support and speak for youth in and around FSJ!

We are so proud of her for her accomplishments during her time with us at NPSS, and look forward to hearing about the positive changes she will, no doubt, be making in the future!!! All the best Ally.
