NPSS staff and students are planting fruit and medicinal trees and bushes in front of the library today. The event originated from the Senior Alt class as part of their plans for community improvement. The orchard project is made possible by grants from Tree Canada, Pembina Pipelines and is in association with the local First Nations. The students were interviewed by local reporter Scott Brooks and their project is featured on Energetic City.ca.
