    It was a tough weekend for our Senior Grizzlies: after a long and anxious bus ride to Grande Prairie, with a stop at the Alberta border because of snow, both teams got off the bus and stepped right onto the court to start their pool play at GP Comp.

    It was a busy weekend for Grizzlies Athletics: all three volleyball teams were in Dawson Creek and the Cross Country team competed at the Zone Championships. 

    Jordynn McPherson (Grade 12), Tristan Hynes (Grade 12), Carter Collins (Grade 11) and Kane Schreiner (Grade 10) represented North Peace at the NCD Zone Championships at Bear Mountain in Dawson Creek.

    The Senior Volleyball teams were in Whitecourt over the weekend competing in the A&W Tournament hosted by Hilltop High School and St. Joes. 

    The Senior Girls started off pretty shaky against a strong Glenmary team.

    The NPSS Student Council have sent a cohort to Abbotsford this week to attend the Canadian Student Leadership Conference. There are over 1000 student leaders from across Canada, participating in workshops, cultural experiences and community service.
