Students plant an orchard at NPSS

NPSS staff and students are planting fruit and medicinal trees and bushes in front of the library today. The event originated from the Senior Alt class as part of their plans for community improvement. The orchard project is made possible by grants from Tree Canada,

My Strength is Not for Hurting

On Thursday NPSS students participated in the ‘My Strength is Not for Hurting’ violence against women campaign. Constable Neustaeter presented to the school on the signs of an unhealthy relationship, local statistics on violence, and what can be done to get help.

NPSS Athletics Banquet

The year end Athletics Banquet will take place on Thursday, June 6th from 5:30 -7:30pm. All athletes and their families are encouraged to come and celebrate the sports year in review! Tickets for guests ($10) can be purchased through the Athletics office as well as the main office.

Grizzlies Update: May 28

It was a busy week for North Peace sports teams with action from Senior Boys Rugby and Ultimate Frisbee.

Senior boys rugby hosted their semi-final playoff game against Charles Spencer on Wednesday afternoon in front of a great home crowd.

French Immersion

Mme Dirks’ French Immersion students visited France last week! They experienced local cuisine, practiced their language skills, and visited many historical sites and museums.
